Monday: Deep Water Running with Leah
Tuesday: 4 miles (at 8:32 pace!)
Wednesday: 5 miles (I was supposed to do 7 but i didn't have time :( )
Thursday: 5.1 miles (with Mallory)
Friday: Rest*
Saturday: 14 miles (with Celeste, another chem grad student in Anna's group, she is also training for a marathon!)
Sunday: 7 miles
Total: 35 miles!
And of those 35, 21 were over the weekend! I'm definitely looking forward to an easy xt day tomorrow. Next week is pretty similar; my long run is 15 miles.
*As much as I love running, I LOVE a good rest day!
Totals:
January: 84.65 miles
February: 89.1 miles
March: 26.1 miles (almost the marathon distance!, definitely going to be a higher milage month than Jan/Feb)
