Kale was on sale this week at Bloomingfoods so Anna style I decided to buy something I'd never cooked. I've eaten it this week in stir fry and soup (well it's cooking right now) but I also roasted the kale. We tried to do it last year, but it burned and wasn't too tasty. This week, it was delicious
Roasted Kale Chips
1. Toss kale in salt and olive oil.
2. Roast at 400 until the edges are dark.
3. Don't burn it.
Sorry the picture isn't too great, I was just excited to eat it!
