It's fall AKA PUMPKIN time!!
I've made these as bread and muffins (just vary baking time).
1 banana
1/2 can pumpkin
1 egg
1/4 cup apple sauce
1/2 cup turbinado sugar (raw cane sugar)
1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 pinch salt
1 pinch baking powder
nutmeg, cloves, cinnamon, ginger etc. (pumpkin pie spice)
optional: add
bake 10-15 min as muffins, 30-40 as bread (check the inside with a toothpick!)
